​At E & S Laser Arts, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here are some of the most common questions we receive, along with answers to help you with your purchase:

  • What types of products can I personalize?
    We offer a wide range of custom products, including: Water bottles Wine tumblers Coffee mugs Hats Signs (home décor, business signage, etc.) And more! If you can think it, we can likely customize it!
  • How do I customize my item?
    Customizing your product is easy! Simply select the item you’d like to personalize, and you’ll be prompted to enter your desired text, upload a logo or design, or add any special requests. If you’re unsure of what you want, feel free to contact us, and we’d be happy to help guide you.
  • Can I see a proof of my design before it’s made?
    Yes! After you submit your customization details, we’ll send you a proof of your design for approval. We want to ensure everything is perfect before we begin the engraving process. Once approved, we’ll proceed with crafting your item.
  • How long will it take to receive my custom item?
    We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround time. On average, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom and bulk orders may take a little longer. If you need your item by a specific date, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, our custom items are designed to be beautiful and unique, making them the perfect gift straight out of the box!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error in the customization. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

    We are based in New Lisbon, WI, but we proudly ship our personalized products across the United States.
