At E & S Laser Arts, we strive to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Below are the details regarding our shipping and return policies.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Please note that custom orders may take slightly longer as we finalize your personalized design and engraving.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. However, delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, holidays, carrier delays).

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer several shipping options to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in approximately 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at an additional cost.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over a certain amount. Please refer to the checkout page for details.

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please feel free to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Personalized Items:
Due to the nature of our business and the custom engravings on our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they are defective, damaged, or an error occurred during production.

Non-Personalized Items:
If you received a non-personalized item and it’s in its original condition (unused and undamaged), you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us at eandslaserarts@gmail.com or call +1 608-344-0404 within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the return.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that the item must be returned in its original, unused condition for a refund or exchange.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please email us with photos of the damage or issue, and we will handle the rest.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as outlined in our return policy and we will arrange for the exchange.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and a proof is sent for customization, cancellations may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this will depend on the stage of processing your order is in.
